The photos I chose were taken by Becher, Bernd and Hilla. When I am thinking about these photos, I found that they were all architectures have the same function. In other words, they are the same type of architectures, but with some minor differences. The subject of this group of photos may be is factories. Although they are both factories, there are many differences. The first thing we can see from the photo is that the roof of the factory is a little different, some triangles are very steep, some are relatively flat. Second, the middle Windows are rectangular in different sizes. The photographer says she likes to take photos by subject, function, time, and other criteria, so together they are like watching a movie. So, I tried to learn from her method and found some buildings. Because the roads in the city were too close it was difficult to shoot the whole building, so I took these photos in George street. They have the same function, but there are many differences in roof and window decoration, some buildings have flat roofs, some are triangular. Some Windows are rectangular, some are semicircular and rectangular. But I didn't make a good distinction between the building and the sky when I was shooting, but the photographer think that they would wait for suitable weather to distinguish the building from the sky. I think this is what I should learn.
